The BIMQP trainee programme is for graduates and career switchers ready to learn on real projects, with senior modellers and coordinators as their day-one mentors.

How the programme works

  1. Apply — submit a resume; complete a short BIM exercise.
  2. Interview — two conversations: one technical, one team-fit.
  3. Offer & onboarding — paperwork, equipment, accounts, and standards briefing.
  4. Deployment within seven days — assigned to a live project under a named mentor.
  5. Structured first 90 days — Revit / BIM 360 / Navisworks training with weekly check-ins.
  6. Progression review — typically promoted to BIM Modeller in 12–18 months.

What you bring

  • Diploma or degree in architecture, civil / MEP engineering, or related.
  • Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD from coursework or projects.
  • Curiosity, follow-through, and willingness to ask questions.
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore.
