Candidate FAQ
If you don't find an answer below, drop us a note via the contact page.
What's the application process?
Apply through the role page or send a resume to our talent pool. Shortlisted candidates do a short technical exercise and two interviews — one technical, one team-fit — and we aim to give a decision within five working days of the final interview.
How quickly can I start?
For trainees and modellers with prior experience, deployment to a project team typically happens within seven days of signing.
Do I need a work permit for Singapore?
For non-Singapore-citizens / PRs, yes. We sponsor Employment Pass and S-Pass applications for the right candidate. Eligibility depends on Ministry of Manpower criteria at the time of application.
What software will I use?
Primarily Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, and AutoCAD. Specialist roles add Dynamo, Recap, ArcGIS Pro, Pix4D, Metashape, or our internal AI BIM camera tooling.
Is the work hybrid or in-office?
Most roles are hybrid based out of the Singapore office. Some manpower placements are on-site at the client. Drone roles are field-and-office by nature.
Do you sponsor training and certifications?
Yes — Autodesk, Esri, FME, Green Mark AP / LEED, and BIM-related certifications are commonly sponsored when relevant to your role and growth plan.
